B12 Basic package is the optimal combination of Adenosylcobalamin and Methylcobalamin.
These are biologically active forms of vitamin B12.
Lozenges are absorbed by the oral mucosa and enter the bloodstream directly.
Many people with a B12 deficiency have a problem with B12 absorption because the conversion process does not proceed properly.

Folic acid and B12 work together in the body, which is why we recommend always taking B12 lozenges together with folic acid.
We also sell this package with the variants that already contain folic acid, normally we would advise this but in some cases people prefer to order a package without folic acid or they order the folic acid separately, in a different form or different dosage.

DOSAGE
Allow 1 lozenge of Methylcobalamin and 1 lozenge of Adenosylcobalamin to dissolve under the tongue.
Preferably before or after breakfast or lunch. For optimal absorption do not eat or drink anything for 15 minutes after taking it.
