How do I know if my order was successful?

Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation. Did you not receive a confirmation email? First check your spam folder and otherwise contact us via info@123superfoods.nl

When will my order be shipped?

We normally ship your order the same day (if the order is placed before 4:30 PM).

Exceptions are products that are (temporarily) out of stock. We will then add the delivery time, e.g. 1-3 working days or in some cases a little longer. If you have 1 or more products with a longer delivery time in an order, your order will only be shipped when everything is in stock.

Has my order already been shipped?

You will receive an email when we have packed and shipped the order. You will then receive an automatic email with the track & trace code as soon as the order has been received by DPD, often within 1 business day. Do you have any questions? View our contact possibilities.
