Shipping and payment

All our products are delivered free of charge by DPD within the Netherlands for orders over €65.00.
The products are delivered to any address. If you are not present, you can choose to have your order shipped via Pakjegemak (no extra costs), then you can pick up your order at a nearby post office/agency when it suits you. If you live near Friesland, you can of course pick up your order!
Pick up is possible in Sloten (Friesland).

Delivery times


You will receive your order within 1 to 5 business days, generally it will be 1 to 2 business days but sometimes there can be an exception. The packages can be followed via Track & Trace. The code for this will be sent to you. An exception is letterbox post such as the cheaper CBD types, there is no track & trace code.

Delivery times vary per product and are clearly stated with each product. This statement is the maximum delivery time. If one product is immediately available and the other product 2 weeks, the entire order will be delivered within 2 weeks.

We charge the following shipping costs:


The Netherlands :

Orders over €65,- shipping is free.
Orders under €65,- then the shipping costs are €6.49

Belgium / Germany

Orders over €100,- shipping is free.
For orders between €75 and €100, shipping costs are €2.95
For orders between €55 and €75, the shipping costs are €5.40
For orders between €15 and €55, the shipping costs are €7.95
For orders under €15, the shipping costs are €13.95

France
 For orders over €55, shipping costs are €10.95
Orders under €55,- then the shipping costs are €13.95

Orders under €15 may be cancelled due to high costs.

Payment options


123Superfoods.nl offers you the possibility to pay your order after receipt (only within the Netherlands). This allows you to decide when you pay the invoice within the set period.

Post-payment is possible for amounts from €15.00 and up to a maximum amount of €300.00 (excl. shipping costs)

123Superfoods charges an additional €2.95 in administration costs for the deferred payment option.

With iDEAL you can pay for your purchase in a familiar, safe and easy way. You pay in your familiar internet payment environment, based on specific security methods of your own bank.
