Complaints and returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product(s).

Returns are possible under the following conditions:

The product may not have been used, opened or damaged by you; the product may not show any signs of use or external changes.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept opened returns.
You return the item at your own expense. Unstamped returns will not be accepted by us, costs for this will be borne by the sender.

You must send returned items, if possible in the original packaging and in as original a condition as possible of the product, with a copy of the invoice and a clear description of the complaint to:

Items without a copy invoice will not be processed.

Cash on delivery shipments will not be accepted.

123Superfoods.nl does not charge any costs when a shipment is returned, but after receiving the return shipment, the shipment will be checked. If the goods or packaging are incomplete or damaged, costs will be charged to the buyer. These costs will then be deducted from the amount to be refunded. Refund of the order amount will take place within 30 days after receiving the return shipment and is only possible via a bank or giro transfer. If an order has not been delivered to the buyer within 30 days after ordering, the buyer has the right to cancel the order. This does not apply if different delivery times have been discussed.

Terms and Conditions

The buyer has the right to a cooling-off period of 14 working days after delivery of the goods. This means that the buyer may return the goods to 123Superfoods.nl within this period. The shipping costs and the risks associated with this are for the buyer. If the buyer wants to return goods, this must be reported in advance, so that we are aware of this.

Customer Service

At 123Superfoods.nl everything revolves around satisfied customers, if you unexpectedly have a bad experience with our service we request that you inform us by email. At 123Superfoods.nl we strive to answer a submitted complaint within two working days. If this requires a foreseeable longer processing time, 123Superfoods.nl will answer within the period of 14 days with a confirmation of receipt and an indication of when you can expect a more detailed answer.
