Progesterone Cream (Progesterall is now called Progesterin)
ProgesterAll™ is a fragrance-free cream that contains 20 milligrams (mg) of plant-based, natural progesterone per ¼ teaspoon of cream. A unique liposome-based system, where the ingredients are encapsulated in a membrane, allows for rapid absorption through the skin. The ingredients are then stored in the underlying fatty tissue and then released into the bloodstream.

Dosage
When you start with Progesterine™, you will need to find a personal dosage; this is of course different for every woman.
For one woman, the correct dosage is discovered within a few weeks, while for another woman it can take up to six months.
If you are not in menopause, you use Progesterin 14-16 days per month. If you are in menopause, you use Progesterin 25-26 days per month.
So the amount of cream you need varies considerably per user.
