Magnesium is absorbed very well through the skin and thus enters the cells directly. The magnesium is optimally utilized thanks to the skin because it enters the cells directly. The disadvantage of pills or capsules is that they are largely not absorbed because they first go through the gastrointestinal tract. Pills and capsules also often contain a lot of junk such as anti-caking agents and fillers.


USAGE
The magnesium oil can be sprayed on the skin, many people find it best under the soles of their feet because it tingles the least. If you spray it on the skin, your skin may tingle, this is a sign that the magnesium is being absorbed well. Spray the magnesium oil on your feet in the morning and put on your socks immediately afterwards. The magnesium oil can be washed off again, but must first be allowed to soak in for at least 10 to 20 minutes.


MAGNESIUM OIL SPRAY DOSAGE
With a normal diet and lifestyle, a supplement of 15 to 20 sprays per day is sufficient. Start with 2 x 2 sprays per day and build this up slowly and see how you like it. Start with 1 spray under each foot in the morning, so a total of 2 and in the evening before going to bed also 1 spray per foot.
