Doterra Bergamot Essential Oil Uses

- Normal skin; mix 15 drops Bergamot, 2 drops Lavender and 2 drops Petitgrain with 45 ml Jojoba oil and 5 ml Wheatgerm oil and treat the facial skin with this 2x a day (to be used instead of a day cream). - Skin / massage oil; 2 drops Bergamot, 1 drop Rose, 2 drops Lavender , add to 50 ml. Peach kernel oil - Perfect for diffusing in a classroom or office - Make your own 'Earl Grey tea' by adding a drop of Bergamot to a packet of tea. - Apply to the bottom of the feet just before bedtime and experience the qualities of Bergamot oil. doTERRA essential oils are so concentrated and pure that 1 or 2 drops is sufficient for use to experience the effectiveness.

Pairs well with the following essential oils:

Cedarwood , Lemon , (especially) Geranium , Chamomile , Coriander , Lime , Wild Orange , Ylang ylang . Bergamot adapts to the action of the oil it is mixed with.
