How Doterra Air Blend Works

Air Blend Applications

- Add 3 to 4 drops to a diffuser and let it evaporate. - You can put a few drops on a special diffuser necklace , bracelet or inhaler stick . - You can fill a bowl with hot water and add Breathe and then place a towel over your head and hang over it and inhale. - Drip 1 to 2 drops of oil into the palm of your hand and make a bowl and inhale. - Apply to the chest, back or soles of the feet. - This oil can NOT be used internally. doTERRA essential oils are so concentrated and pure that 1 or 2 drops is sufficient for use to experience the effectiveness.
