Ingredients: griffonia simplicifolia extract (20% 5-htp), binder (isomalt), filler (cellulose), magnesium citrate dc, l-tryptophan, ascorbic acid (dc), betaine hcl, anti-caking agent (silica), anti-caking agent (vegetarian magnesium stearate), thiamine hcl, niacinamide, pyridoxine hcl, selenium yeast 2000 ppm, cholecalciferol, sodium selenite.
Recommended use: Take 1 to 2 tablets daily in the morning with water.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Use is not recommended unless otherwise advised:
